How the Alexander Technique can Help Seniors

As people get older, they find it more difficult to maintain their balance. As we know, balance and coordination are vital and can be a serious health risk. AT will allow you to explore and bring in a more conscience awareness. This awareness will help us get out of the everyday auto-pilot mode and give you a new sense of independence. This independence will help you physically, mentally and emotionally.

The Alexander Technique, AT, is an educational approach of self-care which enhances the quality of life for seniors.  The technique improves balance and motor functions allowing seniors to move more freely without strain to achieve optimal health. AT is a very gentle process and a great way to restore overall coordination and confidence.
