WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION

  • In your AT lessons, we will explore which habitual patterns and excessive tension are in your way and release the patterns to allow you to perform with greater ease and less effort. This will be viewed through a series of fundamental neutral movements which we do everyday;  sitting, standing and walking.

  •  The Alexander Technique is experiential. The AT sophisticated gentle hands-on teaching approach will guide you to practice awareness, inhibition and re-direction to obtain optimal body posture and ease.

  • Your lessons will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and socks
