The Alexander Technique allows you to open up to new possibilities of awareness in mental and physical well being. It will help you “undo” unhealthy habits and bring you back to a neutral state. You, as nature intended! This neutrality will allow you to de-stress and take charge of your inner and physical well being. It is a conscious practice you can use anytime and anywhere.

The Alexander Technique teaches one how to use mind and body, efficiently, by recognizing unhealthy habits. This method will allow you to avoid reacting automatically and to incorporate conscious awareness in everyday activities.
